My only criticism is that the sale price was advertised on line the moment we were on contract without our prior consultation. Yes people will know eventually but this should be after settlement. Belle should also be more consistent in how they do this too, property next door sold at similar time with no sale price advertised. Otherwise a smooth and pleasant transaction.
