We engaged Nick, and his assistant Thomas, last month in order to sell our 2 bedroom apartment in Randwick. We had no hesitation in engaging Nick for this process as we have known him for about 15 years. Nick made several suggestions to us regarding obtaining the best price for our property by way of new carpet and lighting, painting throughout and having the apartment styled.
