When I saw that Nick had a 5 star agent rating online, I thought "How good can this guy really be?". Well, I am happy to say the answer is "Really really great." Nick went above and beyond for my property - more so than I had even hoped! He did considerable leg work to engage and coordinate trades for work at the property pre sale, all of which went smoothly and to schedule. His guidance throughout the campaign was clear, practical and market appropriate, and ultimately resulted in a fantastic sale price.
