Nick was clear, empathic, very much available, explained each step to me, and I thought was a brilliant advocate for me. He immediately saw the strengths of the property and I felt he was an excellent person to help buyers see these. He seemed interested in the buyers and what they were looking for, and appeared to enjoy the process, which was perfect in my view. It creates an attractive, relaxed while professional context for buyers to go through the process of seeing the potential of the property. Also he is a very nice polite person. I was very pleased to have asked him to sell my property, he elicited a good price for which I am grateful and I would unreservedly recommend him for selling a home. Below I state the price was what I expected, but I know it would have required a highly effective agent in this market. So my expectations of Nick and Belle were high.
