Mixed Experience

We looked for a home in the greater Randwick area for six months and met Josh at an inspection early on in our search. We found him to be approachable, easy to talk to and informative. Josh listened closely when we explained the type of home wanted and proceeded to always call us as places that closely matched those needs came on the market. Ultimately Josh found us the perfect home however we felt he lacked experience during the negotiation process, failing to remain in contact and offer assistance between the point our initial offer was made and a final offer was accepted. We were further disappointed to discover on moving into our new home we had been shown the wrong storage unit during the pre-purchase inspection and both this and the property had been left with a number of unwanted personal property from the vendor despite Josh’s assurance he had personally removed these. Ultimately while approachable throughout our search we felt Josh lacked attention to detail and we felt the purchase process could have operated more seamlessly and are disappointed to be writing this review.

I couldn't recommend Josh and his team highly enough

We have had a lovely experience using Josh and his team at Belle Property in Randwick to sell our three bedroom apartment. We feel he went above and beyond any service level we were expecting, put extra opens at certain times to gain more views, kept on top of any interest level to the sale of our apartment, always kept us in the loop by regular phone calls and reports. Watered our plants when we were away and negotiated the best price we could hoped for. I'm not sure there was any more he could have done for us and for that reason I would most definitely recommend using Josh and his team.
