Our experience was extremely good. From the first phone call and meeting Belle were very professional. They are very good at the modern concept of marketing and selling real estate. We were very fortunate to use Belle Property - Redcliffe. We would certainly recommend Dianne Clarke and staff for any real estate needs.

Right from the word go we could see that Dianne was the Agent we wanted to go with…her optimism, professionalism and communication was second to none… We have bought and sold many times and can say honestly that Dianne was the best we have dealt with…one hundred per cent 11 out of 10… Thank you so much Dianne and the team at Belle Properties Scarborough!

Dianne and her team were great. This was an emotional sale for me as it was my parents home for 36 years before they passed. Dianne understood that it was not about the money for me, but about passing my home to another family that would love it as much as we had.

Wonderful…so professional and very personal

We had met Clinton and Brett from Belle Property last year at an Open House on the Peninsula when we were looking at buying a property . We were very impressed with their knowledge of the area at the time. When I went to his office over 12 months later, he remembered us and exactly at which property he had dealt with us . This was very encouraging to me that he really cared about your experience. I could not recommend Clinton highly enough. Very professional and reliable. He kept us well informed at all times . We would have no hesitation in recommending Clinton as your Real Estate Agent. We were in very capable hands which made our situation less stressful.

Clinton and Stacey from Belle property Scarborough are excellent! from our first interaction to handing over the keys and saying our goodbyes we could not fault them. Even when the unfortunate weather events unfolded on our first open home date they stuck by their guns and took care of everything. would highly recommend the team at Belle Property Scarborough to anyone buying, selling or renting.

Dianne was a great communicator, could always find buyers & always put in a lot of effort. The sales team made the process (paperwork etc) very smooth. We would use Belle again and would recommend Belle to others.

We appreciated Stacey and Clinton's professionalism and local knowledge. They helped to make our downsizing experience stressful and most successful. They assisted us in every way possible to achieve our dream and sea change.
