We entrusted Belle Property and Clinton to sell our property after a very disappointing experience with another agency. From the very beginning, the entire team at Belle were knowledgeable, professional and worked with us to ensure we were able to get the deal done. Before long, we had a contract, sold our property and as a result, were able to buy our new home in our dream suburb. We are very happy with our experience with Belle Property!

Dealing with Clinton and his team was very pleasing and professional. They were very understanding and always a phone call away and very quick on responding to any queries and sorting it out.

Dianne had a plan for the sale of our house from the get go. We trusted her and her plan, the outcome exceeded our expectations. Dianne made for a positive sale experience, we can’t thank her enough for her commitment, professionalism and advice. We would recommend her highly to anyone looking to sell.

Clinton and his team were professional and delivered on their promise to get us the best sale price for our property. It was a completely pain-free experience thanks to their guidance and market knowledge. I would recommend Clinton and Brett and the Redcliffe Belle team to anyone looking to sell their property. They know the market and are dedicated to their clients. 11/10!

Buying or selling a home is a major decision that can involve a lot of uncertainty. For our recent purchase we found Clinton to be an excellent person to engage with. He is highly knowledgable about the local market and responded quickly and clearly to our questions, and he provided straightforward professional advice. This took a lot of potential stress out of the process. I recommend both Clinton and his team.

Clinton's service couldn't have been better from helping with tradies for odd jobs beforehand to shepherding the offer through to go unconditional quickly. He's proactive but not pushy. His marketing skills (and his support team) present the home beautifully to the right people and his negotiation skills ensure you get not just a good price but the best price the market can offer. And the whole experience was as easy and relaxed as possible.

We cannot thank Dianne enough for her dedication to the sale of our investment property. From the very beginning through to settlement, communication was outstanding, the marketing of the property was amazing, and the house sold for a fantastic price within a week of listing. We have used Dianne before, to sell our home, and would never use anyone else if selling on the Peninsula. Dianne is exceptional and a credit to the Belle Redcliffe team. Thankyou Dianne for always going above and beyond!

Throughout the process of inviting Di into our home prior to going on the market, to the sale of our property, we found Di to be customer focused with her approach and communications, savvy with the market trend in Newport and persistent with the sale of our home until it went unconditional. The price Di suggested we could achieve for our home was met and we were very happy with the overall experience in dealing with Di. I would definitely engage Di for any future sales.

Dianne was professional, courteous and encouraging. Dianne's knowledge of the specific area of my property, and what buyers were most attracted to, were key to the successful sale of my home. The marketing and portrayal of my home was one of luxury and high end offerings, which attracted the discerning buyers. I would highly recommend Dianne and her team to others.
