Ken was thoughtful and communicative through the whole process of the sale of my mother's house. She was in her mid 80's and quite nervous about the process. Ken was very respectful with mum and made her feel comfortable with the process. Sadly, mum died a week before the original auction date and Ken was very helpful in assisting through this sad time and the subsequent relaunch of the campaign. He also communicated the state of the market well and the level of interest. The outcome was in line with his original assessment.
