Daniel Atsis at Belle Richmond was our real estate agent, and from the first time we met him we trusted him. He seemed honest, reputable and understood our aim in selling and was knowledgeable about the local market. We liked the fact that Daniel is involved in every step of the process from meetings to open for inspections and even as auctioneer on the day. After interviewing Richmond’s top 3 agents, I knew Daniel was the guy I wanted to work with. I found him to be honest, forthright, plain speaking and an excellent communicator. I didn’t need to, but I actually like the guy ( don’t tell anyone). Selling a house is a stressful process and I believe he recognised this better than I did. He was able to limit my stress with excellent and constant communication. I will recommend Daniel to anyone that listens.
