I will give no star if there has the option. Please be aware of signing the Form6. Don't be rushed by the sales agent, be careful of the wording game, read carefull initial every hand written wording before signing the paper. Very important is to get the signed copy on the spot, don't let the office email the copy to you afterwards in case there has other hand written wording add on to the paper without your initial. Also don't trust the sales agent's answer even you repeatedly confirmed things with him. I met the sales agent twice, first time was to express my interest to sell my property, second time was to discuss the sale commission. During the commission discussion he made a special offer to me which was confused me so I repeated my understanding with him who answered "yes" then I signed the Form6. When we got the offer, I comfirmed the commission payable calculaiton via phone text message with him who answered "correct" then I agreed the offer. Now house settled for 14 days already but I still havn't received my deposit balance into my bank account because he disagreed my calculation and said that he was too busy so he didn't read my phone message properly when he answered "correct" . He said everything should go by signed Form6. That's why I want to make everyone be aware of the hand written wording on Form6 to avoide the wording game. It seems double or triple comfirmed are not good enought with my case. Please please please be careful when you deal with the sales agent.
