Once the agreement was signed he did not try and meet any of our expectations, lied to us including showing us text messages claiming they were from the buyers that were fabricated. Only has his own interests at heart. Don't be fooled...avoid at all costs.

There was no pressure placed on me or criticisms. This helped me as I was working alone after husband passing away. Always on time. Professional Pdf summaries of where each potential buyer was at in their thinking about my house and their level of interest in buying. The photos taken were quite outstanding in both quality and composition. They also caught the vibe of the house and environs, eg creating the impression that people had just got up from the dinner table or a deck gathering even though no persons present in photos.
