Sale of property in Samford Valley
Georgie is always approachable and personable to deal with. She and her team are extremely knowledgeable of the market. Georgie assisted us to purchase our property a little over 12 months ago and regrettably due to circumstances, we are relocating to Sydney. We asked for her assistance to re-sell it and she gave us an accurate assessment of the value of the property given the shift in the market over recent months, combined with an appreciation of the work we had done to renovate. Georgie had a database of qualified buyers and we expected it would take around 3 months to sell - Georgie and her team achieved a sale in 2 opens! She assisted us throughout the settlement process to achieve a great outcome!

Professional and treats each house sale as if it was her own.
We found Anna knew the local market, kept us up to date at all times. Helped support us to overcome a very difficult time during COVID and it restrictions with dealing inter state. She went over and beyond to get the sale across the line. Would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Amazing, warm Anna!
Anna is the most lovely real estate agent that I have had. She is warm, approachable, funny, honest, ethical and incredibly hard working. Her positivity is infectious. Positivity Plus - the best Agent in Samford
The local market is pretty tight at the moment and we were hesitant to try and buy and sell, and be happy with both outcomes. We approached Georgie and had a discussion about what we were looking for in our next property and our hesitancy to sell if we couldn't find the right place to buy.
