We were attracted to Georgie (and Belle Property) because of the way she beautifully presents all her properties. From the outset we were impressed with the way Georgie was organised and personable, and demonstrably committed to getting us the best possible price for our property. Georgie was not eager to get us to agree to a quick sale at a lower price though there was plenty of interest with around 50 groups of people attending our first Open Home. Georgie brought buyers from outside of Eatons Hill, buyers who were ultimately willing to pay substantially more than what most of the market was indicating it was willing to pay. As a result we ended up being able to choose from multiple excellent offers from people who had not initially been considering buying in Eatons Hill. After the first offer fell through when the buyer appeared to change their mind, Georgie kept faithfully working until we had an unconditional contract that was even better than the first. We are very happy with the result.

We approached Leigh initially based purely on her impressive sales statistics, but I was also quickly impressed with the level of effort and initiative she took to get to know our property in detail so she could communicate its unique features to potential buyers. Leigh's default commission rate was a touch higher than another agent we considered but she was very flexible with her approach and we agreed on a tiered commission structure which ensured we'd come out ahead. Selling our property did take several months (which is not unusual for our area) but Leigh communicated well with us throughout the journey and provided guidance as we reached distinct checkpoints in her strategy. She never seemed phased and remained confident that the right buyer would appear - and indeed she was right!
