We followed all her advice regarding preparing the property for sale and presentation and she developed a strategy for marketing which was highly effective. As a result, we had an extremely rapid sale (two days!) and the process was smooth and painless. We signed a contract on an exciting new house (sold by Georgie) in March, just before the COVID-19 restrictions came into play, and this led to the decision to list our current house for sale through Georgie. It was immediately obvious that she was a woman of action as she set about arranging multiple viewings even before the photos were taken or the house was officially listed, suspecting that COVID-19 restrictions might hamper these in the near future. We are from Sydney and unfamiliar with the sales process in Queensland as it is quite different from NSW but Georgie made the process extremely simple and fuss-free. As we were unable to cross the border to view the house in person, Georgie went out of her way to take us round the property via Zoom. That really made a difference.
