Leigh has performed way above my expectations in a number of categories. The attention to detail, particularly pre selling (deciding on price and the method of advertising). She was spot on with price and the activity that was about to happen as soon as it hit realestate.com. It was a shock when the property sold 2 days after it was advertised (which was predicted by Leigh). The after sale service has also been excellent. Her enthusiasm and determination to achieve a result for me as the seller maintained the same momentum from listing to the sale.
