From start to finish Georgie and her team were amazing. Didn’t even have to take house to market, she brought a buyer through when photos were being taken (with our permission) 24 hours later we had an offer and 5 days later we were under contract. All the back up team were equally as amazing. Friendly, approachable and efficient. Absolute 5* rating if you want to sell your house.

From the moment I met with Leigh she was so welcoming and kind and was very interested in what I was looking for in a home. I liked how right from the start we were asked to remove our shoes before we entered the home which shows how respectful she was to the sellers property. I was given all the information on the property and I was very impressed with how well the home was presented. The communication was amazing and I never felt once that I was not important enough for her to speak with me. The whole process from start to finish was made easy and comfortable and I found Leigh an absolute delight to deal with. I had no problems at all with my purchase and if I had any questions she either had the answers or she asked the seller and had the answers within 10 minutes. I highly recommend Leigh Hutton from Belle Property Samford if you are either selling or buying.
