We recently commissioned Georgie Haug of Belle Property Samford to market a 2Ha block in Cedar Creek. Our first approach to Georgie was by telephone, just to have a chat & try to ascertain for ourselves if her local reputation as a quality agent & marketer was justified. After about 5 minutes discussion, I must say, I was impressed with her local knowledge & professionalism & couldn't wait to meet her. A meeting on site was arranged, Georgie arrived on time & full of energy, the property was inspected, recent area sales considered, price & marketing discussed and we, being totally comfortable with Georgie's absolute positivity, immediately signed up for an "Exclusive Agency". True to her word everything was arranged without hassle. Two open for inspections were conducted every week & we received detailed feed back by phone & email on results....Both good & bad. Georgie's communication is outstanding. After about 6 weeks of marketing we were presented with a Contract that had some difficult compliance clauses that required a professional negotiator to keep on track. We had some hesitation in signing up but Georgie was convinced that she could facilitate a successful outcome for all parties. We had learned to trust her instincts so went along. Surely & methodically each & every 'Subject to" was ticked off until we received the "Unconditional" SMS. Today we settled without fuss.
