We have had a great experience selling our home, through our interactions with Adam and Jess from Belle Property at Sandgate. Adam patiently answered many questions before we signed up, and the process after that went very smoothly. He would constantly give us updates, never pressured us into any decisions and was great and fun to deal with. We trusted what he told us and he worked hard to give us a great result for the sale of our home. Both Adam and Jess attended the open house inspection (and other inspections) so felt good that 2 people were overseeing the visitors.
