Hi there, I found Adam a supportive sales person. BUT, the home we purchased, despite doing a pre settlement inspection was unbelievably dirty despite being told it would be cleaned. There was a hole in the wall, carpets not shampooed, bathroom not cleaned and the cook top and oven was left very dirty. While I acknowledge this is not Adams problem, it became my problem because there is no accountability. I would use Adam again without hesitation.

After going thru 2 agents and months of promises and excuses from the others we saw that Allan had sold a property around the corner from us and he approached us and gave us positive insights and new ideas to get our property up on the first page of the listings to capture new and potential buyers - and it worked. Adam kept us up the date at all times with the feedback from open homes we felt extremely comfortable the way Adam handled every aspect of our Sale from the very first meeting. I can highly recommend Adam. His professional approach and service went above and beyond what I expected. I was interstate during the sale of my property and Adam would personally see to things like topping up the pool, watering the garden etc whilst I was away to ensure the house was in prime condition for the open homes. Adam also recommended professional service like window washers, house styling etc which helped me as I was mostly travelling for work. I received a detailed phone debrief after each open home and Adam worked with the eventual buyers to ensure I received a fair price for my property. Everything from start to finish was seemless.
