After having dealt with Allan and his team from Belle realty I would have no hesitation recommending them to family and friends looking to sell. From our initial conversation to listing and thankfully quickly selling Allan was always honest with us and never set our expectations higher than what was in hindsight very reasonable. I never felt pressured and Allan was always available to talk on the phone and on multiple occasions made himself available to come around to offer advice and answer questions about preparing our property for sale.
