I was approached by Ryan to see if i was interested in selling our rental property as current tenants were leaving. During the process of discussions with Ryan he realised i was on the fence whether to re-let the property or sell it. Ryan was extremely creative and offered a very painless solution to test the market to see if there was a buyer who was willing to purchase the property at a very attractive price, His suggestion was to use the people looking that were on his books to inspect the property over a 2 week period, if nothing came of it, we would re-let the property on the rental market. Ryan's approach to this arrangement was extremely professional, and switched on to what purchasers were in the market for. His professionalism showed thru as he highlighted 2 very interested parties, he dealt with both the purchaser's and the seller, myself, in such a lay back casual manner that in the end a price was offered that left both parties with a smile on their faces.
