Goes the Extra Mile!
Justine had successfully sold my father's house and I brought her on board to sell my flat in Neutral Bay. Despite working in the Seaforth/Balgowlah area she had a good understanding of the market in Neutral Bay and explained to me in detail why she selected the sale price. I live in Queensland and had to rely on Justine assisting me in Sydney. Justine went above and beyond, assisting with furniture purchase for staging, photography and the creation of a floorplan. Justine remained in constant contact with me until it sold, keeping me abreast of all aspect of the sale.

Got me what I wanted
It's a buyers market and we had bought a house prior to selling our own house. We wanted to sell our place but at the right price to minimise finance exposure!! A good friend of mine recommended Matt to us and from our first meeting we were in the right hands. Matt advised us on some small improvements that should be done to get the house right for sale. He was upfront about the realistic selling price, was competitive on cost and we appreciated the honesty. We took into account the fall in the market and advised Matt of the price we wanted. Consistently excellent service
My husband and I have used Matt Brady on multiple occasions to sell and rent properties and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. Matt came highly recommended and picked up our listing at a difficult time in the market after another agent had failed to represent our home at the right level and it was unexpectedly passed in. He energised the whole process immediately and gave us invaluable advice on where to invest on small improvements / presentation. Excellent experience working with Matt
Matt made what could have been a difficult process as easy as possible for me with the sale of my home recently. Matt is a straight shooter and is happy to tell you both good news and bad and is always realistically optimistic! He was always available to talk when I needed and had great empathy with some of the challenges with the sale of my home. His ability to pivot his negotiating strategy at auction according to his gut instincts with regards to potential buyers ensured he got us a good price in a softening housing market.
