It's been a great experience renting my property through Belle Property Sherwood. They promptly provided information about their services, whilst their costs were at the lower end of the various quotes I received. Unfortunately my property wasn't available for about 7 months due to delayed renovations, but Belle Property was patient and followed up regularly but didn't harass me. They also provided recommendations for trades where I needed them. The ad went up the day after I handed over my property, the showing was a couple of days later, I had multiple reference checked applicants in my inbox 4 days after the ad went live and a signed lease within 7 days of the process starting.
