I bought my house from Nikala when I moved into this area so when the time came to sell I (naturally) picked up the phone to her again. She knows the Edenbrooke area really well which in my view brings a couple of big benefits - she knows how to sell the lifestyle that comes with the area and she has a well established listing of people who she knows have genuine interest in the area. The goal is to have buyers with interest and her listing (due to her speciality in the area) means she starts with that already. The way she schedules her open homes means they often go from one to the next which also works well. She gets people through despite it being a tough market! They also do great marketing - my house looked great in the photos (made me wonder if I really wanted to sell 😉). In a tough market I got a solid offer quickly which ended up being the offer I took.
