They say not to go with the agent who gives you the highest quote but Nikala O'Brien sold the house beside us for an amazing price and she was so easy to talk to that I went with her even though her quote was over $100,000 above all the others. She could see past the renovation mess we were living in and see the vision that I described and quoted accordingly. None of the others did that. And she sure knew her stuff! We sold in the first week and at a price $200,000 more than the nearest competitor's quote. She is amazing at negotiation and obviously knows the market better than other agents in the area. Her team is also fantastic and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We are really lucky to have had Nikala and Belle Sherwood on our side and I would recommend them to anyone!
