Michael is definitely a 5 star operator. His professional attitude was matched by his willingness to answer any and all questions. Nothing was a problem. When you called he either answered immediately or called back within a few minutes. His willingness to liaise with other agencies (bank / solicitor) made the entire experience extremely pleasurable.
