Kelly and her team were genuine , authentic and personable. We felt Kelly showed integrity for all parties involved and this was continually displayed. We chose Belle because of how we felt after meeting Kelly in our initial appraisal.

Kelly and the team at Belle Property were fantastic in selling our second property in Cooma! Amazing communication throughout the entire process, and they even achieved our original asking price. We couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell!

From my first interaction with Kelly I found her to be attentive and interested in my needs. She also introduced me to Katrina whom I found to be equally engaging with. Both Kelly and Katrina were professional and demonstrated the understanding of my wants needs and aspirations. They put that knowledge into finding me a suitable property and then offered me a viewing off market which led to my purchase. Thank you all at Belle.

Upon approaching Kelly for an appraisal she advised she had a buyer in mind. Our selling experience incredibly easy, Kelly was an exemplary agent going above and beyond and I would highly recommend for anybody seeking an incredibly straightforward zero stress sale for their property.
