I always knew I would ask Dani Kell to sell my property when I was ready to sell and I am confident I made the right choice. Word of mouth, reviews and results all were top notch but personally I needed an agent who believed in my property and had moved with the times and embraced its evolvement from "the worst house in a not great street" ie a former noisy ski worker party complex, into an attractive, wonderfully located residential complex unlike another agent who continued to run it down and refused to see the present and future. One agent abused me for not giving it to them while continuing to run it down but Dani said with glee "I love it in there!" and proceeded to market it honestly and sell it within the time frame and for the price we had set.
I could have had no real idea of just how brilliant this agent is at her job until I experienced it myself. With no knowledge of how selling a property
works, some anxiety, a tight timeframe and emotion, I warned her she would need patience to cope with me and my incessant questions. She held my hand throughout with great almost daily communication, reassurance, professionalism, market knowledge and advice. I was so happy with Dani Kell I recommended her to a friend talking of selling and next thing Dani had sold her apartment too for a great result. Kudos.
