Grant Wallace - Excellent communicator

From the moment I met Grant Wallace I was impressed by his ability to communicate. He was very clear in communicating the steps required in selling my apartment. We had a timeline which was adhered to and all my expectations were met in keeping the lines of communication open. This was particularly important because I live interstate. Grant was helpful in negoiatig a reserve price for the auction and was always on time with information and courteous in his manner. He is backed superbly by Zoe Harper who also has excellent communication skills. She was always available to open the apartment for contractors who were recommended by her to undertake work in the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for Zoe.
