Grant Wallace is exceptional! Wonderful personality - always engaging and engaged in getting the best outcome. Follows up with inspections with full reports and realistic assessment. One of the best!
My experience with Belle Property South Yarra when purchasing a property was excellent. Tyson was very helpful and very professional. He always got back to me promptly and provided all the information i needed. Being an smsf property there was lots of paperwork and it was good to know i had a selling agent who was so efficient. I also received a rental appraisal in writing very quickly which was great when applying for finance under a tight deadline. I highly recommend this agency to others.
Arthur was dynamite; he helped us immensely in acquiring our new home. It's a stressful time but Arthur made it happen for us. I would recommend his services.
Working with Grant Wallace to sell my unit in South Yarra resulted in a sale that exceeded my expectations. Grant was professional, courteous and honest.
Grant has been fantastic in the selling of our South Yarra townhouse. He’s got superior knowledge of the area and a great network of potential buyers that he was able to successfully leverage to sell our property off market. Grant is approachable, trustworthy and communicates often, which was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend Grant to anyone looking to sell their property.
