I recently sold my property in Bowral, with the help of Henry Capel Id previously try to sell the house through a another agent with no luck, she was very unprofessional. the house was on the market for 6mths. Thank god for Henry, the house was a lemon! it was tiny and dated. early 90's. which put alot of buyers off. Henry didn't give up he kept pushing, he found buyers and negotiate the best possible price for us, we had more offers in a week then what we had in months. It was an investment property. I live a few hours away, but Henry always kept me updated and informed to what was happening. Henry was very professional and excellent at his job. Henry has been very easy to work with, especially dealing with a deceased estate.
