I recently sold my property in Bowral, with the help of Henry Capel Id previously try to sell the house through a another agent with no luck, she was very unprofessional. the house was on the market for 6mths. Thank god for Henry, the house was a lemon! it was tiny and dated. early 90's. which put alot of buyers off.
