In 2015 we made contact with Patrick about a future sale time unknown to list and sell our auntie’s Hurstville Grove property. Patrick stayed in contact with us every few months for the entire time. Amazing effort really, the foundation for a good professional deal maker of a real estate agent. After my brother and I met Patrick in 2019 to formalise the decision was made to go with him when we were all ready. He assisted with the contract review, making sure we had everything on track. Weekends, nights, early mornings he would call or call back. Never at any stage did he keep us wondering. Exemplary communicator. We did not have to do anything except ring him – lawns and pruning quotes with his photos of the work completed. A skip and removal of kitchen, bathroom, garage unwanted personal items from our late family members. Lawn cut for photos on Saturday afternoon, all done by Patrick with the help of his wife Deb and daughters Myanna and Sienna. You don’t get this from anyone these days in real estate. Talk about going the extra mile, this guy never stops giving back. Sure thing he is a salesman; Patrick and his daughter protégé are the real deal, true to their word, a great result, a young couple coming to make our family home their own. A very pleasing outcome.
