We would highly recommend John to anyone! Throughout the process of selling our house he always kept us in the loop and we knew exactly what was happening and what to expect. The tradespeople he organised were fast and well priced. He put together a fantastic campaign using top notch photographers, videographers and stylists: the house looked fantastic and the campaign was a huge success. When we got offers before auction John negotiated a price that was far beyond what we had hoped for and the conveyancer he recommended was fast and professional so settlement went off without a hitch.

John was recommended to us by an agency. We live in Queensland and the property we were selling was in NSW. We did not actually meet John until a short while before the property was sold, so all our communication was by phone and email. He kept us up to date throughout the process and assisted with recommendations about refurbishment which he then organised. We think he gave excellent advice as to the final property value and the method of sale. He met his market competitors on fees.
