We had an excellent experience with John selling our Rockdale apartment. I knew he was the right agent for us from the first conversation we had. His knowledge of the local area is impressive and he has a very competitive commission rate. John kept us informed over the course of the campaign. He works hard - attended each of the open homes himself including on Sundays, was the one who did all the follow up phone calls to prospective buyers, and also updated us via phone call after each of the open homes.
