I had an great experience with Patrick, Myanna & Taj. They were all very helpful during the process of selling my home. They took the time to understand my needs and my property. There was some difficult times with less foot traffic through my home than expected. However the changes made by the agents to adverts and continual contacting of potential buyers helped to achieve a big turnout of buyers on the last inspection day, even though it was raining. Overall I'm very happy with the outcome of the sale and would recommend Belle Property to others.

We had an excellent experience with John selling our Rockdale apartment. I knew he was the right agent for us from the first conversation we had. His knowledge of the local area is impressive and he has a very competitive commission rate. John kept us informed over the course of the campaign. He works hard - attended each of the open homes himself including on Sundays, was the one who did all the follow up phone calls to prospective buyers, and also updated us via phone call after each of the open homes. We would definitely use John again if selling in the future.
