Haris was recommended to me by a mutual connection. Although we were considering other agents, after meeting Haris and Kristina, I found them to be very motivated, experienced and observant, especially of the property listings in my area. They were extremely communicative and understanding of our busy schedules. They also worked in the method and tools we preferred.They utilised their database and were able to get many clients through on the only open home we had. First, John is so hardworking to work on SUNDAYs. My husband and I work full-time, so, we have very limited hours to look for our first home. John was also so kind to show us the property that was exclusively advertised only at Belle Property's website. We almost buy a property that was overpriced by (100k) from a different agent. Thank God, we have SMS our offer to John by mistake. John has sent us the screenshots of the valuation of that property. John went extra miles just to find the best home for us and walk us through the next steps. We're totally clueless as first home buyers.
