To be honest, it’s really hard to tell an agent is better from another, but when I spoke to Mark and Victoria at the first instance, I ve already had the feeling that they understand the local market well, professional, how to sell a property at its best potential and also their approach to sell is very realistic and practical, not something just painting the nice picture without substance. Only suggestion I would suggest to get better communications. I know they were extremely busy with multiple open inspections each week with many projects running at the same time. Just something short and quick would do. I would definitely recommend him!
