I cant believe John sold our apartment in Rockdale in one week and I was worry about how long it will be sold in the time to Christmas only two week away after our property in the market over 60 days in the hands of another agent. when John told me there is one buyer who alreadt in the market over 6 month and really interested in our unit on Monday 11 Dec I dont believe the real buyer shows up as John taken over the job on Tuesday 5 Dec just one week ago. Then the buyer put deposit on 14 Dec, three days later, and I still cant believe something happened but John did it, John Sbisa done his job well and fantastic and great! John have over 20 years expertise in local market and I strong suggest him as your agent to sell your property please!
