Agent responded promptly to our request and gave good advice about improvements to be made and things that should be left as is. Open house was commenced quickly and held twice a week. The commission percentage quoted was reasonable. He did not give us unrealustic exoectations about sale price. Negotiations with the prospective buyer were all done by the agent before it came back to us for our approval . It was really a very good, no fuss, experience.
