Patrick went out of his way to allow me to inspect the property the day before the auction. At such a busy time of year this was much appreciated. My conveyancer was able to look over the contract and advise a small amendment which was done on the same day. Having never bid at an auction before, Patrick took the time to go through the process with me and whilst I was still nervous, it was reassuring to see a friendly face. He negotiated between the vendor and myself to ensure we both got the best possible outcome on the day and more importantly, a successful auction without the need for protracted negotiations. Patrick and Myanna - were fantastic! Excellent communication, advice, and went above and beyond to help my mum sell her apartment. They were always available to speak with and also able to be contacted via text and email at anytime. They have high quality partners to work with such as their stylist, cleaners and tradespeople. Thanks to Patrick and Myanna we got full asking price and a settlement period negotiated that suited all parties. Mum and I couldn't recommend Patrick and Myanne highly enough!
