Victoria was incredibly helpful during the campaign for the Washington Street property. She was very prompt with follow up and was diligent in keeping us across the developing situation in relation to offer ranges that had been put in for the property, as we had expressed keen interest in the property from the moment we viewed it. Victoria provided advice and helped us during the exchange period and has been very accomodating with our requests and questions during the settlement period. Patrick and Myanna are very helpful. My house was only opened for one Saturday and it was then sold. Patrick and Myanna were very efficient in everything, e.g. organizing video and photo taking, responding to my questions, sending me feedback from potential buyers. They had also go beyond and advised me on the things to look into when purchasing a property to live in. I'm very happy and impressed by their services and help.
