This is our second deal with Haris after buying my second property a year ago with his professional assistance. So far it’s happy out come for us for 2 over 2. We like his style of being realistic in putting the deals together. He has extensive local market knowledge. He is pragmatic in his marketing strategies in this Covid lockdown. This is further enhanced by advice on how to best market including the advantage of styling a vacant property. Haris was very attentive and always available for our never ending questions, requests and chats....all done in good humor. We will always be thankful for his prompt personal feedback from open houses including not only interest from buyers but also comment on potential to complete to settlement.
