Kristina, Michael and Haris did an excellent job in the whole process. I did a few research when I decided to put the property to the market, and Kristina had a great record in 2020 so I contacted her for a chat and arranged a quick inspection. Was a bit surprise to see all three of them waiting for you in front of property and you can definitely feel the passion and professionalism from the team. The whole sale process is smooth and no drama. I got notification on every step including tenant communication / cleaning /photographing, and every question was answered promptly. Property was well presented and sold after first open inspection, which is a bit beyond my expectations but not surprised as a result of good timing plus good marketing. Thumbs up again to the team.
