Shar was really helpful, nice, hardworking & overly prompt. She made every effort to sell the property, including trying new things like changing the furniture around after a few weeks, which made a difference & worked. I previously had my place for sale the year before, for about 6 months with a previous agent, however it didn't sell. She sold it after about a month & a half. She went above & beyond to sell the place. I would 100% use Shar again if I was selling a property again.
