John was excellent at reading the market and keeping me up to date with details

Being a stratum it was a little more difficult but John was experienced and communicated the situation very well. After each inspection we discussed the feedback and vendor interest to make any adjustments that would help and this felt an equal collaboration rather than being directed or controlled by a sales team Lots of communication via phone, text and email kept me abreast of everything and I felt he worked very hard for a good sale

Calm and effective

Sam managed the sale of the apartment while I had to be overseas so I am grateful that it went well in the end with a fair result in a sometimes challenging market segment. He saw the value in the property and its potential and pursued a good outcome. At times I was a bit anxious but his experience and judgement proved sound!

Hard working with strong sales skills

Moses made a cold call to us in 2025. We said it was OK to keep in touch, but we had no plans to sell our investment property. As time went on we thought about it more and more, and Moses kept in contact. He got us thinking… if not now when? In late 2025 we signed with Moses. True to his word he helped us through the process. We were kept fully informed including some Sunday communication when the sale hit a roadblock. Moses definitely works hard, he is exceptional well organised and showed strong sales skills throughout the entire end to end process. In a softening market he got us a better price than an average agent would have.
