Transparent, professional and easy to work with

Costa was fantastic throughout the entire process of selling our home. He was always easy to get in touch with, communicated clearly, and kept us updated at every stage. What we appreciated most was how transparent he was throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, including the contracts, fees and what to expect along the way, and we never felt like anything was being hidden in the fine print. Professional friendly approach. Despite negative reviews on the market Sam was positive.

Sam showed good knowledge of an uncertain market & submitted a practical plan. We were regularly updated with inspection details, offers, etc. Sam liased with our tenants re inspection times. Our property was successfully sold within a few weeks at a figure within the advertised price range. We were very pleased with Sam Inan from Belle Property & with the whole process. Thanks Sam!
