Calm and effective

Sam managed the sale of the apartment while I had to be overseas so I am grateful that it went well in the end with a fair result in a sometimes challenging market segment. He saw the value in the property and its potential and pursued a good outcome. At times I was a bit anxious but his experience and judgement proved sound!
