Personable and professional

I found Julian to be very professional and friendly in all our dealings and communications. He seemed to have a good grasp of the current market in our area and was always willing to explain anything I didn't understand, in a patient and kind manner. I'm sure he was not as surprised as we were that we did not achieve anywhere near our expected price, as he did warn us from the start that the market for one bedroom units had dropped. I believe he did his best in trying to drum up interest in our unit and worked hard to follow up on any leads he had. I would like to thank him for his patience and persistence and wiil happily recomend him to friends in the future.
