Unsupportive and Unresponsive Service

I had a very disappointing experience with this agent. Throughout the selling process, communication was poor, and I often found myself chasing for updates. When I had concerns or needed advice, I did not receive the level of support, responsiveness, or professional guidance I expected. Rather than listening to my concerns and working towards solutions, I often felt they were dismissed. One example of this unprofessionalism occurred when we disagreed over the interpretation of the buyer's offer. Instead of discussing the matter professionally or helping clarify the situation, she abruptly hung up on me. From that point on, there was no further communication or attempt to resolve the issue, leaving me feeling unsupported during a critical stage of the sale. To keep the transaction moving forward, I had to seek assistance from the agency's principal. Selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, especially in a challenging market where sellers depend heavily on their agent's expertise, communication, and commitment. Professionalism, honesty, accountability, and timely communication are essential. Based on my experience, these expectations were not met, and I cannot recommend this agent.
