I recently met with 3 Leasing Agents prior to engaging Danielle Prichard from Belle Property, Surry Hills. Danielle's price point recommendation at the initial meeting resulted in the property being leased within 24 hours of first showing, at the exact rental as per recommendation, whereupon the Tenant moved in within 5 days of initial viewing. Indeed, the rent achieved is $50pw higher than one agent's recommendation, who advised the property would suit a non professional tenant.
