Seamless process
I am really happy with my sale outcome. Along the way Ted and his team are very clear and consistent communicators. I felt like he was always on the front foot, communicating with potential purchasers and with me. I was nervous selling my place and picking an agent but I am sure I made the right decision with Ted.

Ted Pye knew the area well and assessed the appeal of the property accurately. He found a buyer in less than a week and while we compromised on price we got the time constraints we needed to buy what we wanted. He was always professional and helpful. I would recommend him totally.

Ted had been honest, sometimes too honest, but sincere and worked relentlessly in the short time our house was on the market. I highly recommend Ted if your looking for a great agent, who does wear Sox, and keeps you informed weekly.

Blair: a salesperson who listens, is professional and achieves results
I first made contact with Blair about 6 months before the sale. I had a tenant and needed to wait. Blair maintained the contact and gave me updates on sales during that time. When we were at the point of selling, I explained how I wanted to proceed and Blair listened and made suggestions. I wasn't being railroaded as some agents do. Blair was sensitive to the tenant situation. I was blown away when Blair sold the property in less that 8 days with an off-market sale at a price better than i expected. I would strongly recommend Blair as a salesperson who listens, is professional and achieves results.
